ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. During sign-up process you will be asked to input your detail shipping address information, in case if your country is not included in the dropdown menu of current available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?
We currently support PayPal payments only. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.


How much will be shipping cost?
Shipping rates depend on what is ordered and which method you would like to use. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

About shipping address
Please conform the shipping address while placing order, we will only ship to your designated shipping address in our system.



ABOUT ORDER

The Order Confirmation
Both orders for Pre-order items and In-stock items will be only confirmed by payment fulfillment. System will send the order confirmation by emails to registered addresses.

About Delivery Time
Please do not combine Pre-order items with In-stock items in same order(s), otherwise the whole order will be shipped at the time of the Pre-ordered item release.

a)The in-stock order
Shipment will be fulfilled within 72 hours after receiving payment.
Please note that shipment will not be arranged during the weekends and public holidays.

b)The pre-order
The delivery time of pre-ordered products is subject to the actual delivery time, shipping notice will be provided accordingly.
The ETD (Estimated Time of Delivery) is an estimation, the actual delivery time can be affected by many factors, please check our website and social medias for real-time information.easy&simple
In case of exceptional circumstances, notifications will be sent via both registered email and in-site message.


How to track order
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site to check your orders status and track your order. System will also send shipping confirmation with tracking number to your registered email address.

About Pre-order
Our Pre-order period is divided into two phases.

a)Phase 1

20 days from announcement, during this short period of 20 days,
customers can enjoy a 10% off discount for the listed products.

b)Phase 2
From the 21st days until the time of the products releasing.
After Phase 1 the Pre-order price will back in normal as Manufacture Suggested Retail Price.
But customers are still able to enjoy the quick delivery time which is faster than any other sales channel.




ABOUT CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation can be made by customers any time before the shipping is fulfilled.
Customers could apply the cancellation by going to “My Account / Order Status”.
After we receive the application we will arrange the refunding accordingly, please understand the refund procedure cannot be proceed automatically due to the security protocols of the website, our staff will proceed refunding manually.T
his process can be delayed by weekends and public holidays.
Please note once the total cancellation time for Pre-order items of one account reaches 3, the account and related addresses will be banned from system permanently.

ABOUT RETURNS

Please note due to the fragile nature of our products and risky of international shipping, no return will be accepted once the shipment was fulfilled.
For any case of short lading, misloading, transportation damage or quality issues, please contact [email protected], photo/video evidences will be required for most cases.
All the cases need to be filed within three days upon receiving.
